Wei Bird, born on March 5, 1987 in Taiwan, China, graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages of National Taiwan University, is a male singer and actor from Taiwan, China. 2006, he entered the music industry by taking part in the Campus Song and Throat Battle organized by Hwa TV’s “Happy Sunday” at National Taiwan University. 2009, he signed to Formosa Records, releasing his debut EP “Waiting Slowly”. 2010, he released a solo self-titled album, for which he was awarded the In 2010, he released his self-titled album, for which he won the Best New Artist Award at the 22nd Taiwan Golden Melody Awards. 2011, he won the Favorite New Artist Award at the 11th Global Chinese Songs Chart. 2012, he released his second full-length solo album, “Someone’s Waiting”, and in 2013, he was awarded the Best Songwriter of the Year Award in Hong Kong and Taiwan at the MusicRadio China Top Chart 2012. In addition, he has also composed songs for singers such as Liu Ruoying, Fan Weiqi, and Guo Jing.
