Tickets sold to LUCID Live Music performances are subject to the following conditions of sale and to the requirements of the performance venues. It is understood that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you purchase tickets on behalf of someone else, you will be deemed to have agreed to the terms on your own behalf as an agent for them.
TICKET EXCHANGE
Ticket exchanges are only not available.
There will be no refunds, except as provided in the Live Performance Australia Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment in Australia.
There will be alternative options offered for cancellations and exchanges if a concert is cancelled on behalf of LUCID Live Music or a patron due to a COVID-19, such as a refund.
MISPLACED TICKETS
If you misplace your ticket(s) please contact info@lucidlivemusic.com. Alternatively, visit venue’s box office on the day of your concert for a Ticket Replacement at no charge.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
After you have made your booking, we will:
- Confirm receipt of your order by email.
- Assign seats in the Reserve you have selected, or contact you to discuss other seating options.
