Taiwanese singer-songwriter and actor. After learning to play the guitar during his college years, he began to participate in competitions such as the Golden Shao Awards and Golden Spin Awards and received outstanding results, and decided to formally pursue a career as a singer-songwriter. After becoming a singer, his works and performances became popular in the Chinese pop music market, and he was honored with several Golden Melody Awards, Golden Horse Awards, and other related awards. Later on, he joined his career as an actor and was honored with the Golden Bell Award and other related awards.

On May 27, 2008, he released his first solo album “100 Kinds of Life” and emphasized the “sense of life” and sincerity in the marketing process, in order to move the audience; in the first week of its release, its sales ranked first in Taiwan’s three major pop music charts. Later, he was invited to perform one of the songs at the 19th Golden Melody Awards ceremony that year. On August 23 of the same year, he held his first solo ticketed concert at the Taipei International Convention Center.

On April 30, 2009, he held the “I Love Office” concert at the MSN Taiwan office and the office of the Chinese professional baseball team. On June 27 of the same year, he was awarded the Best New Artist and Best Composer awards for “100 Kinds of Life” at the 20th Golden Melody Awards, and was nominated for the Best Arranger, Best Mandarin Album, and Best Song of the Year awards.
